She has worked in post-surgical roles, as a case manager, in pain management, but has settled on primary care and chronic care management as her passion. She thrives in helping those who have had little or unfavorable experiences with healthcare and just need an extra TLC to get back on their feet.
When not working, Jen loves to hang out with her husband Scott, their two children Caden and Taylor and their two dogs, Wynnston and Cynna. She loves riding her bike, skiing, hiking, camping in the beautiful state of Colorado.

Rachel is also a busy mom on the run with 3 elementary aged children who are very active. She is the wife of a decorated Army Officer and enjoys time at the lake, attending her daughter's dance competitions all over the US, and her son's hockey games.

Alicia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado Mesa University in 2012 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University in 2020. She brings valuable clinical experience to her practice and currently serves as a nursing instructor at Colorado Mesa University, where she helps train the next generation of nurses. She is proud to be part of a faculty whose Practical Nursing (LPN) program is ranked #1 in the nation.
Known for her warm and patient-centered approach, Alicia believes in empowering patients through education, shared decision-making, and accessible care. She is passionate about addressing health disparities and supporting those who need it most.
Outside of her professional roles, Alicia’s greatest joy is being a mom. When she isn’t caring for patients or teaching, she can be found creating adventures and making memories with her children.
